A Dutch Restaurant Offers its Visitors to Dine inside the Mini Greenhouses
As a consequence of coronavirus, all cafes and restaurants around the world kept closed for a long time. When countries began to ease restrictions and started to reopen the doors, a restaurant in Amsterdam, Mediamatic ETEN, created a clever idea. The restaurant offers mini greenhouses for its visitors and started a new way to dine out. With this new way, they can maintain their work and allow social distance measures. They called this project “Serres Séparées’’ which means “separated greenhouses.” In order to create a safe place, this restaurant diminishes physical contact between the waiters and the visitors by serving foods on a long wooden board. In addition to its social-distanced places, this restaurants’ waiters wear gloves and protection masks. If you want to adapt yourself to a pandemic life yet eat out, this restaurant may be the perfect place.
